At some point over the last few days, Mal Jr. became a little boy.

His clothes, his smile, the crawling, sitting, playing... he's no longer a baby. This doesn't make me sad, quite the opposite. He's his own little person, in a world where everything is new to him. Every single time he smiles, it's because it is something that makes him happy.

There are no lies in his world.

And this evening? He pulled himself up to standing. Three times.

Love that lil' mite.

One studio,
Two hours,
Three guys,
Four new songs.

No air conditioning or fan.

I swear that was my best workout in months.

I've had this song in my head all day long. Not that it's a bad song, it's actually one of my favourite things from the 80s but after I've heard the chorus for the thousandth time today...

Anyway, no longer shall I suffer alone!

I should hate everything about it, but I have been charmed by it this year.

Think I've been suffering from it a bit today.

I was up at 6am and felt bunged up, with a thumping headache. The guys at work said I really looked bad too. A combination of Lemsip and Ibuprofen saw me through the day and yet, apart from a slightly dodgy stomach a few hours ago I feel alright now.

Now I feel like a fraud. A healthy fraud, mind you...

This is the funniest thing I've seen in ages.

It might not be to your taste, especially if you're not a fan of the Apprentice. Tell you what though, I haven't laughed so hard in ages!
